Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed!
Orders received after 2pm Central on Friday, weekends or holidays will not be processed or shipped until the following business day (Monday-Friday)
All U.S. orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
For orders under $100, we offer Shipping that is calculated at checkout! Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has shipped.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact whatever shipping service was used. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. If it was our error, we will cover the extra shipping cost. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide the shipping service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed report.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to info@twistedsistasboutique.com. Please include the order number in the subject line.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
